Meet The Team

John Taylor

Founder & Managing Director

As the founder and managing director of Quotacom, John’s vision is simple; to create the recruitment partner of choice for the leaders in the digital economy. A partner who knows the market inside out, is able to tailor its services for each individual client and can be trusted to consistently deliver exceptional candidates who can truly transform businesses.
With a recruitment career spanning a decade, John has a wealth of experience. Throughout this time he recruited across the digital space, with a specific focus on the data driven market place; Decision Science, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, IOT and Cloud. Helping a diverse range of international clients to identify, engage, measure and secure the best possible candidates for their business; in the process completing searches for over 30 clients in 14 different countries and maintaining longstanding relationships with the thought leaders across digital transformation.

At the same time John prides himself on creating a unique working environment that offers opportunity and reward to likeminded people, in a effort to position Quotacom as the global leading search partner for the digital and data driven economy.

Daisy Martin

Director, Account Management and Delivery

Daisy heads up Quotacom’s account management and delivery function. She brings a wealth of experience having spent the last three years managing key accounts within the enterprise software industry.  During that time she has delivered numerous key and senior appointments, both sales and technical, to leading enterprise software brands and start-up software vendors on an international basis.

Daisy has built an extensive and enviable network of first-rate candidates and clients in the UK, Benelux, DACH, Israel, APAC and the Americas and has earned an excellent reputation as a software industry recruitment expert, consistently delivering on some of the most difficult searches, whilst providing customer service excellence.

Jason Cole

Director – Business Consulting

Jason leads Quotacom’s international business consulting efforts.

Over the past 7 years, Jason’s experience spans a vast range of Industry sectors including Insurance, Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, Wealth Management and Software Vendors. His strong understanding of the Enterprise technology space has enabled him to successfully deliver on a wide variety of mandates covering areas including Cloud, Big Data, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Architecture, Infrastructure and Programme Management.  In the process he has placed CTO’s, Head’s of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Operation leaders, Chief Data Scientist’s and Professional Services Leaders.

With a network of clients and candidates across North America, Europe and APAC, Jason is well versed at running and operating, targeted International hiring campaigns. His depth of experience coupled with his customer centric approach means his customers gain real strategic input into their recruitment processes.

Jade Cooper

Office Manager

Jade is Quotacom’s Business Administrator. Jade has a huge amount of experience in business administration having previously worked for nearly 4 years as a trust administrator for one of the UK’s largest financial services firms, Legal & General. She is used to processing work quickly and to a high standard and will bring a great amount of skill and experience to the business.

Jade supports our consultants from an admin and operational perspective and acts as a valuable point of contact for candidates and clients. Feel free to reach out to her if you cannot reach your consultant or need administrative assistance with interview arrangements.

Ashur Roberts

Business Consultant

Ashur’s experience comes from a background in various fields including Education, Human Resources and most relevantly, Information Technology. Ashur has managed accounts with both world-leading consultancies and end-clients delivering senior and managerial level staff with both functional and technical backgrounds.

During his career, Ashur has built a strong network of highly talented candidates beyond UK, and Europe, into the Americas and Asia. He has earned himself a reputation as one who goes above and beyond, both in terms of delivery to his clients and also the level of customer service that he provides his candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Luke Trotter

Business Consultant

Luke holds a unique combination of experience gained from multiple fields including; education, business development, sales and the not for profit sector. Through extensive travel during his time in education Luke grasps a strong understanding of how different markets operate and the cultural perplexities and barriers which can challenge individuals in both SME and multinational enterprises.

As a result, Luke possesses an enviable skill set which enables him to create long term collaborative working partnerships, successfully ensuring that there is a positive fit for all parties involved.

Zahra Loosley

Account Manager

Zahra’s worked in a variety of fields including Human Resource’s, Recruitment and Sales. She has a wealth of experience managing candidates and hiring managers, contract negotiation and budget management. Being able to have worked globally has lent itself well to Quotacom’s international presence. Zahra’s varied experience ensures a consultative approach and the ability to consistently deliver excellent service to customers.

Oksanna Innes

Account Manager

Oksanna has worked in fast paced office environments for the past 4 years. Her Background stems from customer service to objection handling. Her most recent experience involved working with customers and clients with relation to inbound queries whilst providing technical support. As a result of this, she has been able to form and preserve exceptional collective working relationships with clients and colleagues, whilst delivering superior customer service.

Matthew Stocker

Business Consultant

Matthew has worked in the fast paced and highly competitive Industrial and Engineering sectors for the past three years. During this time he focussed predominantly on new business development and was responsible for identifying, on-boarding and managing a significant number of key accounts.

Matthew’s totally customer centric approach enables him to establish and maintain excellent, long term collaborative working relationships with both clients and candidates. As a result of this he has been able to consistently deliver excellent service to his customers, ensuring that all their needs are fully realised and exceeded.

Seila Rico

Business Administrator

Seila is a Business Administrator at Quotacom. Seila has a high level of experience within customer service, sales and administration in a high-pressured environment. She is used to working in a multi-tasking capacity and maintaining high standards of speed and efficiency. Seila is multi lingual speaking both Spanish and English and has a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching.

Tom Shorter

Business Consultant

Tom has 3 years experience in delivering on complex search mandates in both the engineering and legal sectors. Tom has been focused on developing new business partnerships and successfully meeting and exceeding client’s expectations.

Tom’s most recent experience includes working with some of the UK’s leading law firms. Tom has been successful in actively sourcing candidates and building strong business relationships with some of the UK’s top law firms. Tom’s attention to detail and client focus sets him apart and he has many clients testament to this.

Alfie Thorne

Account Manager

Alfie’s experience lies between Managerial Marketing, Customer Services and Sales. Specialising in the management of a variety of account management. Alfie has previously worked in a multinational corporation with extensive experience travelling to customer sites.

Lee Beevers

Account Manager

Lee has an extensive, unique skill set which has developed over a varied and diverse working history. With a firm background in customer service, communication, sales and administration, gained in the public and private sectors, he is equipped to provide a comprehensive, flexible, client focused service.

With an MA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Sheffield, a world top 100 university; experience of investigating and reporting breaking international news at the UK Press Association transcends to fast paced, account management function supported with meticulous attention to detail.

Pia Thompson

Account Manager

Pia has worked in a fast-paced corporate environment for the past 5 years in the logistics sector. Previous work experience has taught Pia how to work successfully as part of a team, how to apply initiative with regards to customer queries using an analytical approach and how to communicate effectively to ensure the correct resolution for a high quality of service. Going the extra mile, delivering excellent levels of service and maintaining great working relationships has always been the key focus in Pia’s previous roles.
